Tidy one part of your digital space

A small part of your digital workspace makes something harder to find.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Choose one limited area, such as a project folder or a few browser tabs.
  2. Identify what you need to find or use there.
  3. Group or rename a few items so the next action is clearer; keep uncertain files rather than deleting them.

An example

“I will put the three meeting drafts in one folder and give each a date.”

Reflect

Can you find the thing you needed more easily?

Next time

Stop when the area serves its purpose; the whole device does not need to be organized.
