Map what is changing and what remains

You are moving through an ordinary transition and want to organize your thoughts.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Make areas for what is ending, continuing, beginning, and unknown.
  2. Add words or images that fit each area, allowing losses and opportunities to coexist.
  3. Choose one practical question or support need revealed by the map.

An example

For a move, I list familiar routines that can continue and local arrangements I still need to check.

Reflect

Which unknown needs attention first?
