Represent identity, memory or change · D7.6

Create a memory collection at your own pace

You want to keep selected memories of a person, place, or period.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Choose whether this is a welcome activity now; postponing or not doing it is valid.
  2. Select a few items, copies, words, or images you want to keep together, allowing mixed memories.
  3. Arrange them in a private or shareable form and stop whenever you choose.

An example

I place a photograph beside a note about an ordinary shared moment.

Reflect

Was the activity welcome today, or would support or a pause suit you better?

Next time

Return only when you want; the collection does not need a positive or finished ending.
