Set agreements for a small story-sharing group

A few people want to share ordinary experiences together.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

1. Agree on the topic, time, privacy expectations, and the right to pass or leave.
2. Invite each person to choose their own level of detail while others listen without interpretation or unsolicited advice.
3. Ask what kind of response, if any, each speaker wants; do not promise confidentiality you cannot ensure.
