Reflect on what you value in a place
A familiar place or outdoor setting brings something meaningful to mind.
Everyday practice
Try these steps
- Choose an accessible place, a view, or a remembered image you want to reflect on.
- Name a detail you appreciate, miss, or want to protect, and connect it to a value in your own words.
- Consider whether that value suggests an ordinary action elsewhere in your life, or simply keep the reflection.
An example
The shared garden reminds me of cooperation. I might ask how responsibilities are shared on another project.
Reflect
Does the connection feel personal and credible rather than something you should feel?
Next time
An indoor setting or image is equally valid; nature does not have to produce clarity.
