Plan mornings and rest time · D10.11

Choose a short bedtime sequence

You want a simpler way to finish the evening and get ready for bed.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. List the practical things you need or prefer to do before bed, such as putting something away or preparing clothes.
  2. Choose two or three steps and place them in an order that fits your household and schedule. Leave optional tasks off the short list.
  3. Try that sequence on one evening. If another person’s routine overlaps, make one specific request about shared space or timing.

An example

“Put tomorrow’s bag by the door, change clothes, and read a page. I’ll ask whether the hallway light can be turned down.”

Reflect

Which steps fitted the evening, and which felt unnecessary or difficult?

Next time

Adjust the sequence after trying it. This organizes bedtime tasks; it is not a treatment plan for sleep difficulties.
