Make a visual reminder or goal map · D7.8

Keep a visual note of something you appreciated

You want to record a welcome detail without writing a long journal entry.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Choose a moment or object you genuinely appreciated, or skip if nothing fits.
  2. Represent it with a sketch, photograph, word, or arrangement.
  3. Add what you appreciated, keeping difficult parts of the day equally valid.

An example

I sketch the cup a friend brought me and write 'being remembered.'

Reflect

Does the note capture your actual experience?

Next time

Make another only when you want to, without a gratitude quota.
