Express feelings or needs through art · D7.14
Draw a boundary map
You want to clarify what you are comfortable sharing or agreeing to.
Everyday practice
Try these steps
- Draw areas for what is welcome, conditional, and private, using labels that make sense to you.
- Place examples of time, topics, belongings, or contact in the areas you choose.
- Turn one boundary into a clear sentence if you need to communicate it.
An example
Evening work calls go in the 'not available' area; urgent messages have a separate agreed route.
Reflect
Does the map reflect your own preferences rather than others' pressure?
Next time
Revise it when you choose; keep the map private if preferred.
