Turn a value into a practical action · S1.2

Take one step toward something that matters

You know what matters to you but are unsure how to act on it today.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Name one value in your own words, such as reliability, learning, or connection.
  2. Choose one small action that expresses that value and fits your current resources. Write what would count as enough for this attempt.
  3. Identify one likely obstacle and an alternative: reduce the action, ask for support, or choose another time.

An example

Reliability matters to me. I can send an honest update today rather than promise to finish everything.

Reflect

Did the action fit your value and your circumstances? What would you change?

Next time

Choose whether to repeat, resize, or replace the action after trying it.
