Invite connection and shared time · S3.13

Build a routine you can share by choice

A repeated activity could be a way to spend time with someone, if both of you want it.

Everyday practice

Try these steps

  1. Choose a small activity you would enjoy sharing and the person you would like to invite.
  2. Ask what frequency and format might fit them; agree that either person can change the plan.
  3. Try one occasion and notice both the activity and how the arrangement felt.

An example

Would you like to have tea together on Sunday? We can decide afterward whether to do it again.

Reflect

Did sharing add connection, pressure, both, or neither?

Next time

Revisit the arrangement rather than using the relationship as accountability pressure.
